Metal Detector Conveyor for Food Industry - Find Needles in Potatoes and Carrots
When recent events within Canada occurred involving intentional potato contamination of the 2014 potato crops of a small group of PEI farmers by inserting small metal needles within whole potatoes, Gillenkirch reacted to bring to the industry an advanced solution. Gillenkirch Engineering has invested in creating a metal detection system with high attention to detail and design to create an advanced level of sensitivity and removal for metal contaminates in whole potatoes and carrots.
Detects contaminants from washed products surfaced dryed.
Allows the detection and separation of productes contaminated with ferromagnectic and non-ferromagnetic metals.
